Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@ASJLawOffice.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We provide legal services to clients throughout the City of New York including Kings County (Brooklyn) New York County (Manhattan), Bronx County, and Queens County.

ASJ Law Office handles mediation, child custody, child support, private adoptions, prenuptial agreements, post judgment of divorce actions, and divorces.

The length of your case will depend on a variety of factors, but we will work efficiently to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

We based our fees on a number of facts. These factors include but are not limited to: the nature of your case, the stage your case is at the time of your consultation, what needs to be done on your case, and your financial circumstances. We  determine your retainer fees at your consultation. We are aware that legal fees can be costly, so in some cases, we offer potential clients payment plans.

No. At ASJ Law Office, we intentionally avoid taking on high-conflict custody cases that are driven by ongoing litigation, emotional warfare, and endless court battles.

Our firm is built on a different philosophy: we believe in strategic, solution-focused representation that protects families — not fuels conflict. We work with parents who are willing to prioritize their children's well-being, emotional health, and long-term stability over winning a fight.

If your case requires cooperation, strategy, and a plan to rebuild your family’s future, we’re the right fit. If you’re looking to wage war at all costs, we’re not. At ASJ Law Office, we choose peace with purpose — not chaos without end.
